Brooks Tuesday | 11:30-12:00pm Join Brooks in this short 30-minute class to get those legs in shape. We will be using anything from bodyweight exercises to adding in kettlebells and dumbbells! Click to register.
Paula Wednesdays | 6:15 - 7:00 am Need a little bit of everything in the middle of the week? Here it is. Warm up, then increase that intensity with some cardio for 15 min. Then,15 minutes of strength to get those muscles going. Finally, stretch is out for 10-15 minutes, to make sure you are ready for your day!
Steve Tuesday | 12:30-1:00pm Tone your body with this quick core class that offers ab/core exercises as your main active recovery incorporating other small full body toning moves for 30 minutes. Click to register.

Alyssa Fridays | 11:30 - 12:00pm Take a step away from the desk towards the end of the week, hop on a bike and grab a pair of dumbbells. This class will target cardio-specific bike training and a bit of strength heading into the weekend. Members will become familiar with the bike for 20 minutes and finish with strength for 10 minutes.
